Everything about them is horrible. From the shop to ESPECIALLY corporate. They say you are first in the queue and it still takes them 25 mins to answer, they don't pass along your complaint, then if you follow up they might pass it along or might not. In the end nothing is done and every single person that works there is extremely rude, unprofessional and clearly just doesn't care about their jobs. Very unhappy with service in one of the Virginia locations so I attempted to get home office phone and one of the employees got on the phone and told me he doesn’t have that number. I questioned that and he waits “I guess your gonna have to google it” and this was done in a refuse to give me the number manner. This all started with being overcharged for a service that you should have caught when you installed my $600 tires. Don't do it. I promise you'll be better served taking it some where else. They are really bad!
They are thieves They fix one part and take out something , so you have to come back and they charge you again and again. Those Pakistanis are thieves specially KAMINENI MOHAN. They fixed my car but they took out my cars censors and when i came back they told me it was like that.
