I purchased an oil change and tire rotation service through Groupon. Before taking my car to this shop, I clearly marked each tire. When I returned to pick up the car, I noticed that the tires had not been rotated, despite the service report stating that they were. Now I’m questioning whether the oil was actually changed as well.

If I could give less than one star I would. Abysmal service. I came in because my trailer tire self-destructed on I-70 and Mr. Tire was the closest. The girl behind the counter sat expressionless as I described my problem. I couldn't read the tire size on the other good tire. She told me - with complete deadpan - that unless I could give her a tire size there was nothing she could do. I had the rim, I had measured it and the height/width of the other tire. Very poor customer service. Lady at the customer service is very rude and unprofessional. When I asked to talk with manager on duty she mentions herself as the owner and manager of the location. Tech couldn't get the flat tire off and install new tire. This happened second time with the same lady so posting the review for upper management to check the camera and take action.
