I had called and made an appt for today Saturday at 730 am for alignment and tire rotation. I received 2 confirmation text and email . I arrived for my appointment this morning only to be told that they did not have a technician that could do the work today . No one could have called me? I was told by the rude and unprofessional kid behind the counter that he just saw this appointment. Which was odd since it had been confirmed since Thursday . Waste of my day off and time. Quick, fair and professional.
My experience on the morning of my oil change had been horrid. I called in to let the shop know I was running behind for my 7:30 appointment. I was directed to a call center (abroad) where the representative was unable to find my reservation and then tried to pressure me into a new appointment which wasn’t needed. I was unable to talk to someone AT the actual service center.
