If I could give zero, I would give zero. I scheduled an appointment. I called early in the morning to ensure that I was able to get the desired timeframe I needed for my job. I scheduled my appointment at 5:30. I actually drove from Calvert County over there to get a tire put on. I grabbed the wrong tire and was back with the right tire not 15 minutes later which was only nine minutes past my initial appointment and the tire was used. Absolutely the "Worst" service imaginable. If I could rate "No Stars" that would more accurately justify my rating. Scheduled new tires delivered to Mr. TIRE. Scheduled installation with confirmation and date/time, cost all confirmed. Received 3 confirmation text and emails, two on the day of Scheduled install. Arrived on site with no cars in the parking lot. Found one employee inside store. I was advised their air compressor was out of order, pumping water instead of air. Had been down for at least a week.
