Did not give me the price you quoted me. Your excuse was you did not have any control over the price the call center quoted me. They did not give me the price. Someone at Mr tire gave me the price. When I asked the assistant manager on duty why I was given a different price. He said there was nothing he could do because he was not the one I talked to. I won't be back
Employees, particularly John are all dedicated, knowledgeable, and courteous. They go above and beyond, even though they are either short staffed or over booked on weekends. I appreciate their dedication and honesty. The guys were dedicated and diligent in their efforts to resolve the issue. Thank You !
