Young man handling the desk and doing the work was phenomenal. Got me in late day with a tight schedule on a Sunday. Personable arrive. Efficient, quality work.
The people here are nice and seem to know what they are doing. The problem is with their new call center - which goes to mostly foreign people, who have no knowledge of cars. First, I thought I was talking to a computer. The responses were scripted and canned. Second, I am trying to explain issues to someone who doesn't understand cars. It's a waste of time. This store has the best customer service. They could hold work shops and teach others how it's done.
I’ve recently had my tire pressure go off and my tire showed being flat. Sadly couldn’t be repaired and had to get new tires. However, through the stressful process John was wonderful, had my tires ordered to be shipped the next day, and worked around my clinical schedule to get me in to get my new tires without me having to miss clinical. Need more workers like John.
