Warranty part and they put refurbished compressor on instead of a new one.....SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE $$$ BEWARE
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers. Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure. The work was completed promptly, and the entire staff was courteous and helpful. It’s refreshing to find an auto service center that truly values customer service. I highly recommend Chris and the team at Mr. Tire, and I’ll definitely be returning for future service.
Big thanks to Steve and the staff for their incredible patience while sorting out my car's alignment. After some troubleshooting, it turned out the alignment wasn't the issue—the brand-new tires themselves were actually defective ("out of round"). I swapped them out for a different set, and now the car drives perfectly with zero shake or pull. I really appreciate Steve and the team double-checking their work and sticking with me until we got it figured out. Top-notch service!
