This place claims on 9/4/25 they didn't do the tire rotation that I paid for on 8/28/25 but they placed on the receipt that they did the service. My tire came off car WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT on 9/3/25. Thank GOD I'm ALIVE to tell the story. Spoke with Aaron Burgess, mgr, He states that they didn't do the rotation but placed it on my receipt and his supervisor Keon stated that what's on receipt is automated. They bent me over with pricing and I have not been back ! Please go elsewhere if you can !
I made an appointment for the service center off highway 70 in Garner NC. Showed up for my appointment walked in no one behind the desk some one in the office eating lunch I guess. Another person in the shop seemed to be on break also. He didn’t bother to help. Stayed in service center for 10min and left. Horrible experience.
Did NOT rotate my tires!!! Told me my tread did not need rotation, bunch of BS. I looked at front tires when I got home and outside edges were rounded over and needed to be rotated. The reason I get my oil changed
I had an appointment at 8:00 to patch my tire; it's now 8:40 and I'm still waiting. This is a 5 minute job.
