This is the worst place ever, I will not recommend anyone to go there for a brake change. I arrived at this shop at a about 11am they kept me waiting until at 2pm. Later on one of the employees came to me said my brake pads where ok and doesn't need to be change. He mounted back of my tires i drove back. The next day i drove my car and I felt like something wasn't right. Bought a Groupon for a Wheel Alignment. Showed up to my scheduled appointment on 7/29/2025 at 2:00 P.M. at this location to be informed that basically all their staff “quit”. I work in the healthcare field and don’t have a lot of free time, so now I have to take to one of their other locations. How does a business stay open if basically all their staff quit? Why not call scheduled customers and inform them that staff is not available? I do NOT recommend ANYONE to come to this location. Find another business to take your need... read more
Ryan Scott was very professional and courteous.. I felt really bad for him because it was only him and a part-time tech. Ryan took care of me with the purchase of 4 new tires. And another customer came in with a serious tire issue. He explained to her on when he can get to her issue, and if she didn't mind waiting for awhile. She waited but when I looked up. First time at Mr.Tire auto services and got Tire install(4) and alignment. Technician was great and answered all my questions. He kept me updated throughout and done excellent work. I highly recommend! Will be my go to shop in the future after having multiple bad experiences and poor service elsewhere!
