Had a new blower motor and resistor put in my car. Took it in on Friday and they had it done by Sarurday afternoon. They did a great job. The only bad things was the price of parts, they were double what they are at auto zone. But they are Gauranteed for life so I am happy.
Do not recommend the Fairfield location. Purchased Brand new tires, brake pads and alignment. With in a two months time frame of service had issue on two separate occasions that location would not resolve between to different managers. Had to go to another Monro location to get resolution. 3 alignments and total of 5 new tires place on car in 2 months. Worse experience I have ever had purchasing tires. Honest, friendly service. Tim and Shawn (or Sean?) were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Best experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop! Do yourself a favor and give them a try!
