I brought my Tesla here for an alignment because they stated they were able to service Teslas. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. According to Tesla’s alignment specifications, the caster should be approximately 5.9° ± 1.0°. Before the alignment, my caster measured 5.0°, which was already within Tesla’s specification. Needed a replacement tire. Everyone at this location was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They explained the available options and were able to have the job completed in half an hour
Excellent service and great customer service
I made an appointment to get a tire plugged. They said they could do it at 3:30. I showed up at 3:20 they said they can't do it now because they only had one tech and 3 people in front of me.
Everyone was professional, polite, knowledgeable and caring. The Manager was just Awsome. He took his time with me, showed me on my vehicle about my tires and what the letters meant. When my tires arrived for my vehicle we looked at the new tires together checked sizes and dates. Very knowledgeable experience for me being a woman.
