Tire plug. Friendly and professional staff. Quick and quality service provided by all staff.
The service here, the way I was treated and the gross overcharging for "labor" are all pointing towards a small claims case. I have video and written evidence. To Mr. Tire leadership, your manager at the Old Columbia Pike store who has "been doing this for 14 years" thinks himself above your company mission, standards and policy. It's sad to see someone so vulgar and without honor working for Mr. Tire.
Very rude and can never repair a flat. It's always unrepairable. I cannot wait to see these fools with no customer service skills go out of business at this location. They are only nice or helpful when you purchase tires because that's where the actual money is for them. They have forgotten to fully close my hood, which I noticed immediately thankfully. These guys are abrasive and don't care about customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
