I got horrible customer service. Called them to try to get new tires. The guy told me he couldn’t tell me based off of my making and model of my car.

Fast and efficient, even on short notice
Make sure you check your bank statements! Their computers were not working at the front, took 20 minutes to check out. Charged me twice for one tire and claimed they didn’t. Had to dispute with my bank. Called Mr Tire twice to get it sorted out and they will just gaslight you into saying there’s no way I could have been charged twice.
I was so impressed with the service, and the customer service was great. I came early and was almost seen right away. I had an Oil change and not was the price good so was the attention to every detail. I would highly reccomend this location and i will be definately return. If you stop in for service just ask for Mo.
