I was so impressed with the service, and the customer service was great. I came early and was almost seen right away. I had an Oil change and not was the price good so was the attention to every detail. I would highly reccomend this location and i will be definately return. If you stop in for service just ask for Mo.
I drove from Silver Spring to this location for my appointment. The computer system asked me to choose between dropping off the car or getting service right away. I selected the option to wait until it was finished. But when I got there, they told me I had to drop off the car. I explained that I was promised to wait until it is finished right away but the person I spoke with didn’t care at all. He just told me to forget about the scheduling system , So disappointing
