This place is a hidden treasure, service is outstanding…sisi is the manager though he looks and tough but he is very professional and courteous…I would recommend this place for any tire service…I went for tire installation on new rim I am very happy I found this place…Tire plus, Costco , Bjs gave me a run around and obnoxious reply on the phone….when it comes to purchasing new tires I would recommend shop more before settling with this location, Mr.Tire can give more discount to attract customers . I needed a tire patched. The store and staff were courteous and efficient. All good.
Went to the Burtonsville MD location on Saturday to find out the best time to bring in my car on Monday (today) for a slow leak in a tire. Guy at front desk says they open at 7:30 am and he’d be there. Arrived at 7:30 am today. The same guy was out front with a broom. As I walk up he stops sweeping and just stares at me. I tell him I’m there to have a slow leak in my tire checked. The Burtonsville Mr Tire came through for me in a major way. Triston helped me get everything I need to take my road trip safely. The price of the tires and alignment was in my budget. I was informed of needs for my vehicle, but was reassured that I could do them the next service. I will be back.
