9-5-2025 update Replaced the tires on my second vehicle today, which has even lower profile tires. They were extremely careful to make sure there was no damage to my rims, showed me after replacing the first and second ones… everything looked great! One of the employees even came in with an extra aluminum polishing kit that he gave me to keep because he understands what it means to take pride and care for a car. This was the best tire buying and installation experience I have had in the area. I usually order from Tire Rack and have my local shop do the install, but I decided to try this shop in Burtonsville after seeing the reviews. I came in with a tirerack.com printout of the tires I wanted since I needed to replace the four summer tires that came with my car with all season tires. I like Mr. Tire over other auto shops in general but ugh not having any discounts to offer, not having an interconnected computer system and already blaming high costs on tariffs is going to have me back with the shade tree mechanics. UPDATE: I appreciate the company reaching out to hear more about my situation in an attempt to rectify things.
