I called in to this place to see if they can help me out with my truck tire because it kept losing air. They were able to get me in pretty quick and help me out tremendously. The guys there are very nice. I highly recommend this place.
The one star isn't for the shop. It's for the centralized scheduling center. I HATE that when I call I'm automatically routed to a call center that is probably overseas somewhere. I don't want to listen to their automated choices and their on hold advertisement and have to pick a number. I want to talk directly to my local guy who knows which techs will be in when and when will be the best time to get me in for the service I want. I'm totally happy with the service I get at the local.

I am shocked to see how many positive reviews this store has. I scheduled a free car inspection today for 2:30, I got there like 5 minutes early and waited 10 minutes while the manager was on the phone before I was helped on. I told him I wanted my brakes looked at and that my check engine light had just came on. He did not say anything about them being backed up or anything like that, he just asked for the key. Went in for oil change and tire inspection and brake inspection. Took 2 1/2 hours, when I was told 30. Then I found out the last year the old manager Jon, who’s still there, was telling me I was getting the more exspensive oil change but giving me a coupon to save $30 EVerytime, was all a lie! He never put me down for oil change I requested, synthetic full $114, with coupon, just syn blend $50, for $50.
