Friendly staff. Called on Saturday for an appointment and they had me in for an oil change and tire rotation Sunday morning. Pricing matched what I was quoted. Took about an hour. The city has several streets closed for roadwork, so getting to them was a little frustrating, but there isn't anything they can do about that.
Do Not Enter their parking lot. If this is the last place open at the end of the day, believe me when I say it can wait until the next morning! This place has caused me unbelievable nightmares & lots of $ that was unnecessary! They even broke something under my hood just popping the trunk & shutting it. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were patient and also let me use a charger head! I will say they do need like a charging station for customers and tv was very small for the waiting area. But they replaced my cv axel and wheel barrings. They were kind and did everything I needed done by end of day. They are priced slightly higher but definitely worth it!
Don't WASTE your time. Wish I could give zero stars. Scheduled an appointment online for an inspection. Arrive and I am told we haven't had someone to do inspections for 3 months. Then I was told we don't schedule them on the weekend even though the website has that options. The lady responded with "well that's corporate ".
