I came in with a groupon for a syn-blend oil change and was told I have to get the full syn package and pay the difference...after service, I ended up paying an extra $74 on top of the $50 groupon....and a $30 labor fee was added for tire balance that they said came with the full Syn package that I had paid for...never had a bad experience like this going for an oil change where I had to get the oil they want to put in car. And pay for a tire balance that I didn't need.
