They changed my tire right away and were so nice and helpful. Jay helped me and was incredibly kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this place.
Excellent Service and Fantastic Pricing
My tires were causing the whole car to shake anytime I went over 40 mph. It was also super icy and cold out. I got to the Mr. Tire and the staff thought it may be the tire pressure or ice/snow. They checked it quickly, determined it was the tire pressure and snow/ice under the wheel well. They filled the tires and didn't charge me. They were quick and efficient.
$200 difference in price quoted online vs in store. I got a quote for 4 new tires and install/alignment for $680. When I showed up to the shop, they said it was $880. And no real answer for why there was such a large difference.
Although my journey with the heat not working began with Mr Tire at The Festival shopping center (which was not corrected after 2 attempts), switching to Mr Tire in Aberdeen was more helpful. The manager, Bri, always explained what we needed and what they would do. The thermostat was replaced, then additional repairs were needed & completed. I am willing to drive further away to Aberdeen to have my truck repaired.
