Customer service was awful. Phone was answered, put on hold without warning. And no one came back to the phone. Just asking about an alignment. Just awful.
I had a flat tire on vacation on a Sunday evening and needed a replacement fast. I was able to make an online appointment for first thing the next morning. Both Ken and the tech were very professional and helpful and got me on my way quickly. Very pleased with the service.
Had me in and out right away no waiting for my vehicle to be brought in great bunch of guys working there
Went in for a wheel alignment then got BRAND NEW tires put on the same week just for them to look like this 2 months later. This is ridiculous and they clearly did NOT give me an alignment. Now I will have to buy brand new tires AGAIN. I don’t recommend this place for anybody.
Mr. Tire was very accommodating as I had another appointment two doors down. I was able to drop my car off, go to my appointment and my car was done within the hour and ready for pickup.
