This Brockport location is a Gem! Normally I would tell you not to visit a Mr Tire. The location in Greece at Latta and Dewey is Horrendous! But this little town fix it shop is worth the trip! Young kid behind the counter was informative and understanding to my situation and helped make a bad experience good agian.
I was very pleased with the friendly same day service .
I scheduled an appointment for diagnosis of engine failure and oil change, because they serviced it previously. It took them 3 hours to complete the oil change because no one showed up for work. I then found out after they were done, that they didn't have the proper equipment to test my engine failure. After taking my car to a different shop, I found out that when they previously completed my oil change they poured oil down my engine into my alternator.
