Scheduled a nys inspection and was able to get in the same day. I was very nervous as I drive a 6 speed and work in the automotive industry and personally see a lot of horror stories. The manager was very professional and assured me that my car was in capable hands. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely be a returning customer!

We were scheduled on phone through the local store phone number for a sunday afternoon alignment. When we showed up, we were told the scheduling service which answers phones doesn't know when only 1 person is working, and that they were already overbooked. However Giovanni was very helpful and professional, and said he would work us in. He did the work matching our scheduled appointment slot, and we really appreciated that.
My family had an unusual situation (blown tire on a 1964 camper) and the entire Mr. Tire staff was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road the same day and home safely. Shoutout to Kent for his help organizing everything.
