Customer service young man was very helpful , very courteous and efficient.
I needed a NYS car inspection without waiting a week for an appointment. I was able to book an appointment the same day from their website, which was a welcome surprise. The building was in a convenient location and easy to get to, even if you need to take a left turn off the main road (thanks, green arrow!) I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time, and my car was taken back within minutes of that. Nick, the store manager, was absolutely lovely during this time. Not happy Labor rates are overpriced, the wheels I bought aren't that great, they didn't pressurize them fully so I may have done some damage to them already. Check engine light came on after my oil change and the wheel bearing issue I mentioned they chalked up to just bad wheels. Driving right off the lot showed me that that was a lie. I'm not even sure why it went from $600 to $900 Oh also my traction control can't be turned off now. So now I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. EDIT, My original review from 5 years ago was great however after a recent visit, this place has really gone downhill. Many other better options in the Brockport area! Great service and friendly employees!! I would definitely recommend!
