Always a great experience. I have bought tires here multiple times. Have had several oil changes and vehicle inspection done. They are always courteous and helpful. I have never felt that they were trying to overcharge me and I could not recommend them more!
My car broke down as I was traveling through Morganton on a 4 hour drive back home. I called Mr. Tire while figuring out where to get my car towed to. The woman on the phone was very kind even when I was pretty distraught. While my car did end up having to go to the dealership, the team at Mr. Tire made sure to do everything they can for me before sending me off without a bill. Friendly, quick service.
The guys here are great. I had an allen wrench (of all things) in my tire on an early Saturday morning and they took my car right in a fixed it. Thank you Mr. Tire!!!!
I didn’t have an appointment but Sarah was able to fit me in and my wait wasn’t bad at all.
