I had a disappointing experience at Mr. Tire a few months ago. I was told that I needed several parts replaced cost over $1000 but when I got a second opinion at another shop, they found that many of the suggested repairs were not actually necessary less than 9 times what Mr Tire charged and my car is still running fine today. This made me question the accuracy of the initial assessment. I appreciate honest and transparent service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I always get good service here with reasonable prices! Great staff as well! They’re so good at communicating in detail so you can understand what’s going on with your vehicle. I’ve been going here for years and never had an issue.
