Took me in right away for an oil change Great costumer service
Had to deal with a tire warranty issue. Mike and Antwan were excellent. The took care of the tires and I was on my way!
The service was excellent! Heat was very patient and explained three different types of tires and ordered them and got me appointment for the following day. And the Mechanic was also very pleasant! Thank You
Phenomenal. It was easy to make an appointment online. They called me within 30 minutes of making the appointment to tell me they did not have the tires, but could order them and have them there that day. Staff was professional and provided great communication from start to finish. My only complaint is they didn't set the tire pressure once they replaced them. My tires should be set at 33 psi, and I left with my tires ranging from 35- 40.
