Bad just bad
I had an 8:00 appointment and got there at 7:30 only to be told the tire guy called out and I'd have to wait until later in the day when another guy came in. The employees were friendly enough, however you are MR TIRE! How do you have ONE tire guy?! Corporate should be ASHAMED of themselves
After getting a flat with unusual tire size they had my vehicle done within 36 hours for a full set I had been planning to get anyway because of tread dry rot.
Went here to get my tire replaced. Picked it up in the early evening and the next morning it was completely flat. Brought it back and they worker said there is a slash on the tire and also said maybe you hit something on the way back home. I live literally 8 minutes a way from this place. All I did after picking it up was drive home. He then said we actually need to replace all your tires and quoted me for $1,400.00 for the job. I declined and went to Pep Boys and got all four tires replaced for $700.00.
