Will not go back there again after purchasing a Groupon and then they charge me an extra 26 so I wound up paying $93 for the oil change and tire rotation plus they tried telling me other items that I needed when I just had my ex put in
I came here a few years ago to get new tires installed. The service was fine and the staff seemed knowledgeable. They upsold me a warranty for up to 55k miles, which sounded like a good deal at the time. What they didn't mention was that the warranty only applies if you get all your oil changes and tire rotations done with them. That was a frustrating surprise and definitely should’ve been communicated upfront. Because of that experience, I’m now looking at other tire shops—without the warranties—just to avoid the fine print... read more
