I asked how can I get in and out the fastest and was told to schedule appt. I showed up at my appt time and my car wasn't looked at for 2 hours. There's no excuse for lack of communication. I should have been told car wasn't being looked at for 2 hours., so I can do my errands and come back when they were ready for it..
I had a great experience. I came in needing 4 tires. The dealer had given me an insane quote. Doug (Douglas) told me he could beat it, and he did. Ended up saving me almost $700. I will go back
I had a appointment earlier in the morning on the 22 of August at 7:30 for a oil change, no one was there except one worker and even though he finished the work in one hour and a few minutes, nothing seemed wrong with the car,only when I had to go get gas at Wawa is when my car stalled and stopped on me in the middle of the driveway and when I had finally gotten home I called a family friend to come check the car and make sure everything is okay cuz nothing was wrong with it when we left from Mr tire but when he checked it h... read more
