I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the great service I received this past Saturday. I truly appreciate the communication, especially when the service took a little longer than expected. Tony did a great job keeping me informed—he called to update me on the delay and also provided a courtesy call when everything was completed. Thank you for the excellent customer service! My husband knew he had a slow leak in his tire, thought it may be the valve stem. Took the car to Mr Tire, they called him a few hours later and said that the tire is too old they wouldn’t touch it. When he picked the car up, the overly large man barely could get out of the car and got grease all over the carpet and seat. We ended up taking the car to NTB where it was FIXED with NO CHARGE!! Do not waste your time with Mr Tire!!
Had my fleet vehicle serviced and these guys were awesome. Great work! And a special shout out to Tony. Not only was he super knowledgeable and helpful, but he kept me entertained the whole time. Best experience at an auto shop ever!
