I was late to my appointment, and Mr. tire was able to fit me in. It was clear and everyone was helpful
First of all, the scheduling service did not know the correct prices of an oil change! When I asked, the man said $49. Even after I told him I have a van. Once I got to my appointment, I was told it’d be over $100 because he quoted synthetic oil first. I got it down to $87 after I asked for a better price. The man at the counter was completely rude to me while I was being checked in. Lastly, they had a pretty violent and vulgar R rated film on their TV, which I know would offend many and be totally inappropriate for children... read more

The staff was very friendly and the technician was fast and did a great job!
