Much better now that it is under new ownership.
Mixed feelings about Mr Tire Service Center. Ultimately I was disappointed in the initial inspection of a slow leak tire. Was told it was a non fixable bent rim (which was true). Purchased a new rim and upon delivery took it in to then find out they missed a nail being in the tire. So now it was a new tire being needed. Then it changed to 2 new tires would have to be added and there was only 1 option of tire they had. Felt I was trapped into having to buy their tire with no other option. Called Thursday morning to see if they had my tire in stock which they did. I asked if they could put that new tire on a new wheel I had purchased and they said yes and got me in the same day! Mike and the 2 technicians were amazing at getting everything done! They were professional and communicated well with me on everything they had to do. Highly recommend!
