Everyone is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about cars and I don't have any problem coming to them for help .
I've been coming to this location for years. Luke always recommends the best tires for my GMC. All the employees are very courteous & friendly.
They don't respect appointments. I got to my appointment 20 min early. It took them over an hour before they even pulled my car in, and another hour to do the service. I was getting a routine oil change! I asked them for future reference about appointments, and they said that it's only first come, first serve. They don't honor appointments. Then after over two hours waiting for a simple task, they tried to push more things on me and said it wouldn't take much longer to do it... no.
Great customer service and very time efficient. Highly recommend!
We have been bringing our vehicles to this location for years and have always received excellent service. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff are highly recommended.
