This was a wonderful experience. The knowledge and experience of the sales team was great. I had made an appointment online, and within minutes I had a phone call confirming my appointment. We ended up doing a next day appointment due to staffing issues. No big deal; I dropped the truck off after work to be worked on next day. I went there for a bulge on one of tires I had purchased from them. It had 90% of the tread remaining. I had purchased the road hazard insurance at the time of purchase. I left and they were going to call me when they looked at the car. I came back and they had put a new Goodyear tire on the car but it was different model of tire. I asked if it was was covered under the road hazard insurance and I was told that since the same exact tire was not put on the car the company would not honor the warranty it ended up costing $264.... read more
