Worse manager ever – I took my car in for a simple oil change. No exageration, it took 22 minutes to check me it at the counter. The manager, Harvey, doesn't know how to use the computer and hunts around on the keyboard looking for letters or numbers. I could have gone to the quick oil change down the street and would have been done by the time he finished the paperwork.
