Arrived at Binghamton University to visit our son and ended up with a flat tire when we came back to our car. Took the tire to Mr. Tire and had the pleasure of meeting Mike who is the assistant Manager. He had our tire fixed fast even though every bay was full and busy! My family & I truly appreciate how willing he was to help us and will use their services in the future.
Not a long time after being serviced at this location, spending $2000 on repairs I was told were required, I am now sitting at a different garage and their first question to me is, “Who did the work on your rods, breaks and alignment”? because it’s as if nothing was done at all. So now, an additional $600 later, I’m finally getting the job that I had intended to get done and was supposed to be done completed. Mind you, at a ridiculously lower cost. Every oil change seems to cost $500.
I had a nail in my tire on a Sunday morning, and over an hour + from home. I drove up as a walk in; the team was short staffed, yet was so patient and kind. I was in and out in under 90 minutes, and am so grateful to this super hero crew for saving my day /weekend. 13/10 stars, highly highly recommend :)
