I had an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early to be courteous seeing I haven’t been there before. The man at the desk was so rude I walked out. I was scheduled to get a simple inspection/ oil change. As a woman taking my car somewhere it’s already concerning because I know very little about issues involving vehicles. I wouldn’t leave my car here. Godforbid there is an actually problem with my car. I doubt it would be handled with care based on their customer service.
