Outstanding service the entire experience through! We blew a tire on the WV Turnpike & limped into town on our spare tire the previous night. The next morning I called before they opened and Samuel Rivera - the Store Manager - answered the phone and got me in and serviced in 25 minutes. It was so important to get it done early and fast, because we had to drive to the Cleveland Airport to pick up our son at 10am and we made it! Sam is a good man and provides excellent service.
First was great took me in a day early had appointment one day took me in a day early took care of my car right away I believe they did really good work brakes are working fine I'm going to use them again
I got a flat tire this morning. The assistant manager Charles was soooo helpful and went above and beyond to help get me back on the road to work. He is retiring in one day, but still gave 100% to make sure I was safe. Excellent service and I am grateful!
