They did a Wonderful job on my car ,and very nice employees .My husband left something there ,and they called to let us know . We were so appreciative.
Im a Mechanic for a living. My Shop is closed today and i need a flat repair. Was told that because there is a tpms sensor the flat repair is $52 instead of standard $27. It is a nail in the tread. Worker JOSH told me it required the kit to be replaced just to patch a tire.
Quick service for a tire replacement. My tire was ordered and put on the next day. Fair price and nice employees. Would recommend!
Absolutely horrible, rude and over priced! They wanted to charge $600 just to tell me what was wrong with my car!! Then argued with me about it and told me I had no idea what I was talking about, I took it to busted knuckle.. guess what? He put a camera down there and charged me absolutely NOTHING to tell me what was wrong with it. Not to mention they took the skid plate cover off and didn’t put it back on.. they threw it in my truck getting grease all over my kids stuff that was in the trunk, they also didn’t give the bolts... read more
I had a rough experience at the Alliance ohio Shop . I had a 9:30 a appt which took them all day till closing to finish an alignment on my car . Also I purchased an $85 groupon deal which they said their systems can't accept ( so why are the deal on groupon then ) . They gave me $85 off the alignment and the total was $56 . My problem is it was nice of the manager to try to make it right but in the end I still paid full price even after I purchased a Groupon deal plus they had my car all day when I had an early morning appt ... read more
