Sam couldn’t even tell me what breaks they were putting on my truck. How is someone gonna pay $500 for just breaks and you aren’t able to tell them what you’re putting on. Said I was canceling my appointment and he just hung up.

I got a flat tire on a business trip. I was staying at the Hilton next to Mr. tire. I walked over and met Charles Biggers. He greeted me immediately outside. He was out sweeping up cigarette butts and cleaning up the lot before any customers arrived. I proceeded into a very clean service waiting area and Mr. Biggers took all of my information. Asked for a specific tire showed up and another tire was used and they wanted more money for it. Decided I wouldn’t be back. Got a nail in the tread shortly after and figured I’d give them a second chance. Since I had recently got ripped off on the tires, I thought they’d cut me a break. They wanted $30 for a patch and told me a sensor had to be changed for $50. I drove across town to Vans tire where I didn’t purchase the tires and they fixed it for twenty dollars.
