Very professional and courteous management and staff. Greatly appreciated the attention and quick turnaround for my tire repair for my wife's vehicle.
It seems there is a big disconnect between the local stores and the call centers .. I booked an appointment through the call center and was promised a price of ~30$ per tire and accordingly I booked the appointment . Once I went to the site , the staff there gave me a price ~59 per tire and also told me the call center doesn’t know what they are talking about . I also brought up the price I got from tire rack if I chose Mr tire .. but the staff mentioned they can respect that price only if it is delivered to their shop which... read more
