Will not do warranty work and will claim that it’s another issue even after multiple different shops confirmed that it was done wrong by this Mr tire. Very sad.
This place is what great customer service looks like. I popped in on a busy Friday after work for a minor issue. The guy at the counter said they were pretty busy but they’ll take of me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they resolved my issue before my road trip. I’ll definitely go there to get my next set of tires.
My daughter, commuting in her 2020 Cadillac CT4 to work from Brick to Trenton got a notice that battery was going to die. She pulled off in Hamilton and was told by Autozone that Alternator needed replaced.. go to Mr. Tire. She goes to Mr. Tire and they quote her $1690 to remove/replace Alternator. She calls me up to ask about it. I tell her... tell them no and get towed back to Brick, NJ and take it to "Sanchez Auto Repair" They quote us $700 cash for NEW OEM alternator replaced and out the door the next day. I was a pleasure to be assisted by Mr. Jerry Marino a month ago. Unfortunately this month the experience was extremely dissapointing. Friday, 14 March, 2025 @ 12pm 1. Phone scheduling rating: A + 2. Front staff reception rating: A + 3. Technician professionalism: D - 4. Guy was super friendly and helpful. They mounted a spare tire on a rim for me on the spot. Walmart, who sold me the tire online, wouldn't mount it without an appointment and wanted me to come back. Mr Tire in Burlington told me he don't mess with spares. This MR TIRE IN HAMILTON made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this location for excellent customer service.
