Driving to Charlotte for a wedding from Milwaukee and had a flat and damaged tire. Mr.Tire was able to get us in and put new tire on in about an hour. Just incredible service when in absolute need for it. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you for saving us and your incredible southern hospitality!
My sister had a flat had happened to pull in Mr. Tire and with the help of phoenix and his crew they were able to swap out her tire and get her back on the road to get home (an 1 1/2 drive) safely. All without an appointment! Great crew highly recommend!
Went back to Mr Tire after six years away. The service was good and the communication was clear, and I appreciated that. There seems to be an entirely new crew there since the last time I went, and they did right by me. Reason I started going to a different garage is that the crew a few years ago was seeming overwhelmed and it felt disorderly. Not sure if there was a total change-over. While I was in Asheville as a team leader for a group of volunteers for Habitat for Humanity I developed a puncher in one of my tires on my rental vehicle. This location was on the way to & from the build site. I stopped in to see if they could find the problem. Spoke to the manager (Phoenix O’Brien) about the problem and he said that they would check the tires, in which he found a nail in the tire & fixed it in approximately 45 minutes!
