I bought tires from these guys about a month before the storm. Everyone was fantastic and couldn’t have been nicer. I ended up recommending them to other friends because everyone was great and helpful. Not anymore. Will no longer recommend. I went to this shop to get an oil change and 4 new tires before a road trip, using a Groupon for the oil change. I made an appointment in person with Phoenix, but when I arrived, they told me they couldn’t fit me in until the evening, despite the appointment I had scheduled. They were very rude, but agreed to take me in. Afterward, I noticed they had left the caps off my tires. Scheduled an appointment last night online for 9:30am this morning. Showed up no cars in the bays or workers. Man at the counter said they didn't have enough help and couldn't do my oil change this morning. He said that the appointments online aren't actually scheduled appointments in the system at that location. I understand this is likely a corporate issue.
