Went in to have 4 tires put on, was told it would take 1.5hrs…it took almost 3hrs and when I left the shop all 4 tires had low air pressure. I had to stop on the way home and put air in them myself. On top of that all the wheels had a thick layer of black grease on them that I’m still trying to get off several days later.
Broke two tire pressure monitoring system switches and couldn’t manage to get the tires balanced drove at 750 miles after the work was done and rattled all the way home from non-balanced tires!
Absolute joke of a place, upcharging for oil change, quoted me 150. Went to speedy lube and with tax and all was only 100. Take your business elsewhere
Terrible experience. Rude employees. Do NOT do business here. I left very disappointed in how I was treated. I arrived for an 9:30 am appointment and was told in a rude, uncaring tone that it would take most of the day to get my tires on...this after I had called before to ensure the tires were in stock and that it would be a timely install...The manager stepped in and was helpful (although he knew very little about the tires the store sells)..but too much drama and rudeness from the employee. He should be fired immediately.... read more
