Came in for a tire that was leaking slowly. Found the issue and fixed it quickly.Friendly staff
I came to this location for the first time with an issue and repairs that needed to be fixed! Jeff the GM from the time I called prior to coming in to the time I left handled me and my vehicle with professional care! I highly recommend the downtown location
I had an appointment set at 2:00 for a simple oil change. I showed up on time and they told me they were busy. I proceeded to tell them that I had set an appointment since the day prior since they didn’t seem to understand that. it was not a walk in. Response was the same. Short staff. They were busy. On 6/23/2026, I made an online appointment for 1:00 PM for an oil change and NC State vehicle inspection at the Mr. Tire store at 401 N. Elm street in Greensboro, NC and checked the box indicating that I would wait rather than drop off. I received a text "Your appointment has been confirmed at our Mr. Tire store on Tuesday, June 23 at 1:00 PM" and an email "The appointment for your vehicle has been confirmed at our 401 N. I really tried to give them another chance, but it failed . 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. 188. 00 dollars for an oil change is pathetic. Never again and all 4 of our cars want either . Sadly .
