The experience started off fine—but it ended on a seriously sour note. I spoke with the manager, Leslie, about coming back another day to get my brakes serviced, since the technician had mentioned they’d need attention soon. I said, “I’ll have to come back maybe next week to get that done,” and Leslie snapped back with, “Come earlier.” Excuse me? That was unnecessarily rude.
