My experience in this shop had been nothing short of perfect. Not only are the employees courteous and patient while I ask dumb questions, but they are extremely knowledgeable and professional as well. My work was done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. I’ve had two experiences like this in this Middletown shop. You won’t get me to go elsewhere to receive service. Can’t thank them enough.
THREE HOURS for an oil change, checking the brake light & asking them to simply add coolant! I was the first customer in at. 9am & watched 5 people that came in after me leave! When I finally spoke up I was ridiculously told “Well that’s the way the mechanic is trained”! So messed up what they did to me! I have never been so poorly treated! Not even sure if they actually did change the oil? No sticker on windshield & STILL NO WASHER FLUID! I’m furious!
So I went to Middletown this morning with my Groupon in hand for a Synthetic blend oil change and rotation. The young female mgr refused to take the coupon stating that it was for a conventional oil change and they could not put that in my car. I pointed out that no where on the Groupon did it say conventional. She blamed Groupon saying I’m not the first to complain but for an additional $81 she could fix it. I’ll be talking to Groupon
Nothing but great things to say about Andrew and his team at Mr. Tire! Made a last minute appointment the day before for an oil change and looksy at the ole breaks and they had me in and out the next day within two hours, breaks included! Genuinely great service you implicitly trust. Will be back!
