Awesome service this past Sunday, 8/31 - we woke up to a flat tire and were in a pinch. Mr. Tire got us in within minutes. The gentleman who helped us was so kind, positive, friendly, professional and outgoing. Much appreciated!!!
Getting a blowout at 5:45 was not planned and as I was out of state could not utilize my normal contacts. Steve on the route 35 Middletown location was pleasant, kind and waited for me to arrive with my car on a flatbed, which didn’t actually happen until a few minutes after seven when the store was supposed to close. He replaced my tire and was considerate and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
I had a great experience at Mavis! I called yesterday to ask if they install tires I purchased elsewhere and if they do alignments. Marc answered the phone and was super professional, easy to talk to, and very transparent, which made the whole process feel trustworthy. You can tell Marc enjoys what he does, which makes the whole experience a lot easier. Other shops sometimes make the process seem annoying or like you’re taking time out of their day, but not here.
