Made an appointment over the phone, I purchased tires online and just needed installation. I called and was quoted 31.99 plus tax per tire and it would only take an hour or less so I could wait. When I get there, there was not one car being serviced there. Guy tells me it’s 48 dollars per tire and starts giving me this whole story. Then he tells me I have to leave the truck there for the day. I left and went somewhere else 30$ per tire and was in and out. Last time I try this place what a joke
The team here was welcoming, attentive and patched my tire very quickly. Great service. Great price. I highly recommend them.
Steve has been incredibly helpful every time I have come in. He’s extremely patient and knows what to do. I definitely recommend seeing Steve at Mr tire!
Manager Steve actually saved our bacon we were stuck in NJ with a broken car in the middle of the day on Sunday. Everyone else turned us away or sent us to someone else except him. He stayed late, fixed our car, and charged an incredibly reasonable price. Also just a chill dude. 10/10 would recommend.
Went in for to get all four tires changed after we ran a flat the night before. They got us in as soon as we showed up. Very friendly and professional, open about costs and what needed done without any sneaky upselling that some shops do. Definitely made a customer for life.
