I was so thankful that Mr. Tire was open on Sunday! They got me in within an hour! My low pressure tire sensor had came on and for me that usually means a screw or nail in a tire. Whenever something like this happens I get nervous and worried. Luther, the young man who helped me, went above and beyond normal customer service! If you are a woman, STAY AWAY!!!!! They will demand to take advantage of you! They will not listen to you and constantly change the prices if you dont agree to all of the work they demand you get done. Unfortunately they are holding my car hostage currently.
Went in for a plug repair on my tire and got charged for something I did not ask for. $50 is not ok for a tire repair. *update* I did get my money back from them of the part I got charged with that I did not consent. Credit card disputed and got a refund :3 thank you and next time ask your customers BEFORE you do service how much everything is~
Very disappointed. Took advantage of my wife. Called this place because im out of the country so my wife could get an Oil change and brakes. Brakes didnt happen because apparently the tire lock key wasnt in the car, 1st- you are a tire shop!! What tire shop doesnt have tire lock keys for all vehicles ???? 2nd- $130 for a simple oil change?? Thats insane! The dang dealer doesn't even charge that much!
I was visiting in New Bern and had a slow leak in one tire. I brought it to Mr Tire and was greeted by Dylan and other friendly employees. Dylan himself was really professional, kind and helpful. Turned out the tire had a nail in a position that couldn't be patched. The tire was 6 years old anyway so Dylan found a moderately priced replacement.
