Great service by Michael and Co-workers today in getting me a new tire to replace the one that had a sidewall rupture on the left rear tire. Highly recommend them.
I waited over an hour only to be told that there was nothing wrong with my tire. After leaving the store, we found the problem ourselves. This was extremely unprofessional. I regret wasting my Sunday for you to say you couldn’t find the issue. Now I have to wait until Monday for another place to be open. You can’t miss the nail- so not professional of you guys You get two stars for not charging me for the inspection… what a waste of time
