Came in for a rotate and a balance with no appointment and they got me in and out right away!
Went for an oil change, as I usually do, and told them repeatedly what kind of oil I wanted and was charged way more for the upgraded kind that I did not ask for. Given the option to make an appointment and still am told I need to reschedule or wait over an hour because they didn’t want to “spread themselves too thin”. Not the service it used to be unfortunately.
Ordered tires online which was supposed to be delivered direct to shop. Was shipped instead to home. Drove down to the shop talked with them. The shop was extremely helpful to assist with our tire install very professional.
I am extremely grateful to ALWAYS bring my car here. They are professional, timely and absolutely affordable! I will recommend to anyone that can use their services I could never be more appreciative
Personally, I was treated very well. They were friendly and professional.
