jeff is the man! Best tire shop in rochester. I'm a mechanic and the north west Henrietta location is the only shop I trust. They balance tires the correct way. You know it's done correct when you see the lightest point on the tire marked and the valve steam on the rim mounted directly across. They won't try to over sell you.
