Made an appt for a nys inspection at 1pm show up 10 minutes before and I am told sorry I am two hours behind I say okay do you want me to come back at 3, however a call would of been nice. The service guy says no don't come back in you will have to wait until tommorow. If I wanted an appt the next day I would have made it then. I just dont bother and left. Why bother to make appts if they are not honored.
