D, the manager is amazing. I had a wonderful experience with him. That man has the best customer service skills. He deserves a raise!
Quick, efficient, courteous and professional.
I just went for a simple inspection. The worker told me that his manager quit that day so he’d have to take my car across the street to get it inspected. Weird but okay. He drove away in my car without asking, it took 45 minutes until I finally walked over to check what was going on, at which point he was like oh it’s done I’ll meet you back over there, again wanting to drive my car. Why would I not just drive my own car back and forth? Overall bad experience, go elsewhere.
The appointment was easy to set up. I got in when I needed to. The staff was accommodating as I had to wait for my car. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
Scammers!!! Took my car for AC recharge, the “AC Specialist” said he refilled it but my compressor needs to be replaced, so I was still charged for the Freon. Took it to another mechanic, he emptied it and refilled it, now blowing ice cold air! Took less than 1/2 hour.
