These 🤡 are charging $60 for 1 headlight. I went in there knowing I needed to change it for an inspection, but figured I'd see how much they'd do it for. Good headlights are $30 at any auto supply, cheaper for a garage, and they're a breeze to install. 1 minute of labor. So they charging $30 a minute for labor? 😂 I'll bet these guys were going to install Sylvania Basic too, which are cheap dim garbage. Booked an appointment for an oil change for 10AM Friday 3/28 when I arrived. I was told it was at 11:30. I was told it could not be done at 10 because there weren't enough people to accommodate my appointment. This has been the case for the last 3 visits. There is no sense to make appointments if they can not be kept.
I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Tire on Dewey Ave! After noticing my tire leaking air, I left work a little after 5 PM and called to schedule an appointment for later in the week. To my surprise, they told me to come in right away and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Jadeal and Jose were absolutely outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. Save your time & go somewhere else. I made an appointment for an inspection yesterday 3/21 4:30pm. I arrive, the guy who I encountered (who was great) said their inspector leaves at 4… so why was I able to schedule…. Anyway, I come this morning. The manager who helped me was an asshole to say the least. Gave me a whole spiel on how it must take an hour-hour and a half due to NYS law.
