Walk in appt with a tire almost flat. And I was very upset. The employee was so accommodating, courteous and understanding of this damsel in distress look on my face. He sent us inside to wait and took care of my problem. I ordered windshield wiper blades and when I went back 2 days later another employWe greeted me with wipers in hand and immediately installed for me. Both men were exceptional.
If I could get negative stars for this place, I want in my car got towed there last night and this morning they called and said we're gonna bring it in, but since one of the chargers was messing, it was hard for them to get it in and I agreed to that but they never told me that there was $168 Diagnostic Charge or I would not have agreed to it and I would've found a cheaper shop To look at it, So I called a different shop and they say no that should not cost $3000 which was Mr. tires estimate. Today I stopped in without an appointment. I had a nail in my tire. They got my car in immediately and fixed the tire . Great service!!! Very friendly and professional.
