ALEX atPanarama Penfield. 14625 zip went above and beyond to get me the proper safe tires 4.. 2 preorder and then found i was using outdated old unsafe on 1 so he order 2 more and due to a death in my family went and got the 2 on monday..so i woud have my car back..the care was beyond professional . Brought in my car to have snow tires mounted on rims I purchased elsewhere. I provided lug nuts, TPMS sensors rims and snow tires. Dropped off car at 8am when opened. They said would be done by Noon. At 30 minutes before they closed I called and they said it was just finished. I went down. The manager was standing next to me as I walked up to my car. Went above and beyond. Was in for an inspection on my trailer and turned out my trailer lights weren't working. It's about the only thing a trailer inspection is for so I said I'll sort it and come back - manager says hang on a sec then proceeds to verify fuses and cleans out plug that trailer lights attach to ... and voila! He fixed the issue! No charge - now that's the way to get a forever customer. I went in for a NY State inspection. My car was taken in promptly at my appointment time and they completed the service in a timely manner. The staff was courteous and professional, I would highly recommend.
