Today I stopped in without an appointment. I had a nail in my tire. They got my car in immediately and fixed the tire . Great service!!! Very friendly and professional.
Easy to schedule. Good service. Honest estimates. Reasonable cost.
Pricing is a joke. They have a policy of replacing all 4 tires if one tire has low treads? Rediculous. Will not be back. If I was not crunched on time would have gone elsewhere.
I had this location do a state inspection. While driving home the wheel they removed started to clunk. I immediately pulled over and the lugs were only finger tight
A great experience as always! The staff at the Penfield location is amazing! Customer service is top notch, always so friendly and helpful. Everyone I've spoken with is knowledgeable about the repairs my cars have needed and explains it all to me so that I understand. I have had the option to make an appt and get the repair finished in the same day and have several times. I willl definitely keep using their services and recommend others do as well!
