Mr. Tire in Penfield was able to get my vehicle in quickly for service by easily scheduling an online appointment. My inspection & oil change were completed, with the team able to get in all work necessary to pass inspection the same day. The oil change is supposed to include tire rotation, which I asked the team about doing if needed, as well as checking and adjusting my tire pressure. Had a first time appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2hrs. After getting my vehicle back I noticed a vibration while driving. Took it to a professional mechanic and turns out they didn't balance the tires after rotating them. I paid to get them balanced and problem gone. I should've went back and made them do what I paid for. First and last time going there.
Alex was professional and courteous. Dan was not there this tome but I always appreciate his help too. I trust that I am getting honest information about how to take care of my car.
