DO NOT GO TO MR. TIRE!!!! They left me with worse alignment than I went in with. They stated they could not get it straight and tried to say something was wrong with my car. They also still charged me half price for making my car worse! I should have called my credit card company and disputed the charge, but at the time they had me so worried something was seriously wrong with my car, I was not even thinking straight. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind staff! This is my new go to auto shop!
This place is ripoff artists. Brought my car in for oil change and inspection on my 2018 Audi. Said the brakes were rusted over, failed my inspection and quoted me 1500 for new brakes and rotors. Funny thing is I have lived in Texas up until recently, where there is no snow/salt to rust out the brakes. Took it to Dewey auto who then passed the inspection, said the brakes weren’t rusted out and that I had a sensor to let me know when I needed new brakes.
