My experience is great. I always go to the same Mr. Tire. The people are nice they give you good information and their work is great. I have no complaints.
Very bad service. They don't have qualified personnel. I took my vehicle to have the wheel bearing changed and they made a big problem with a small one. They didn't have the tools to remove them. In the end, I paid for the bad service and the car still has the problem. Your manager doesn't solve the problems. I spent more money and time than I was told.
Joe runs this shop like a well oiled machine. A+ Great customer service.

I came in a few days ago, with an appointment for a state inspection. When I got there, they told me there wasn't an inspector since he was training and that he wouldn't be in until today (Wednesday). So we moved my appointment to 2 days later. I called about an hour before my appointment earlier today to be sure they had an inspector before I drove out there and the manager in the building told me that he wasn't in at the time of my appointment but would be in 30 minutes later.
