The boys working there got attitude... it was weird. As others stated, was sent there for an inspection only to be rudely and condescendingly told they don't do that there because there's clearly a disconnect between their call center and what they actually service. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
So disappointed in this shop. I went to get a break job and check engine light diagnosis. They initially told me they didnt know how much it would cost cause they dont know which part exactly needs to be replaced until after the smoke test, but they dont think it would be more than 100$. Got a call back and the guy told me the part would be 250$ and 180$ of labor. Called autozone for the EXACT same part and they said it was 50$ and theres no reason anyone would pay over 80$. All of a sudden a dump hole, what happened???
Unprofessional,pot smoking, loud, argumentative,with phone calls,trying to customer work not needed on vehicles.i would not only recommend not to go there with family and friends too completely stay away
