I came in a few days ago, with an appointment for a state inspection. When I got there, they told me there wasn't an inspector since he was training and that he wouldn't be in until today (Wednesday). So we moved my appointment to 2 days later. I called about an hour before my appointment earlier today to be sure they had an inspector before I drove out there and the manager in the building told me that he wasn't in at the time of my appointment but would be in 30 minutes later. Brought specialty tires in to have mounted and balanced. The worker dented the hub caps , putting them back on. I mentioned it to the manager ( Scott saucier) and he said that the company would gladly fix or replace them. A few days later my new caps were at the store. Customer service is still alive at me tire. Thank you Scott and team.
Pulled in and got out of car,noticed 2 guys in parking lot looking at me then looked back under hood. I walked into office and no one was there or came in after a minute walked back out. Guy pulled into parking lot and got out of car, one of the men that saw me and ignored me, came running up to him, saying " what can I do for you, I'm the manager". I asked the 'manager' if I was invisible. He just looked at me and went back to the guy who had just pulled in. I guess if your a white woman your not welcome there.
