Joel the manager was excellent he exceeded all customer requirements. He solved a long standing issue which other places could not. He listen to me an 81 year old man and went to work to solve. He did not overcharge he was fair and caring. Than you Manger Joel for caring.
Good service. Easy online appointments. They work hard here and do good work and even call you when they’re done work is complete. Which is more than I can say for a lot of shops these days.
Quick and quality.
TLDR: Multiple lies, gaslighting my wife and unsafe practices. We recently had 4 tires replaced at the Mr. Tire in Victor. When I initially called the shop to verify tires were available, I was quoted a price with road hazard protection and one without. I made no determination over the phone as to which option I would select. After reviewing the coverage, I advised my wife, who would be dropping the car off, to decline the road hazard coverage.
