I have been a customer of the Goodyear store on Hammond Drive in Sandy Springs for over 20 years, and the main reason is because of the manager, Michael Rattansingh. He is the most honest and helpful car service person I have met in 50 years. If I could give a rating of ZERO STARS I would do it. I asked plenty of questions prior to making a purchase of 4 "new" tires. The bill shows they sold me 3 year old tires instead. Prior to purchase, it was clear that I wanted to understand my costs. After payment, I received my bill which had over $100 in added unnecessary charges. The staff refused to refund some of these charges. Make sure to watch out for the Road Hazard Coverage (which you don't need). They will add this on without informing the client ($60).
