Martin provided excellent customer service. We knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it and Mr Tire delivered. It is extremely hard to find this level of customer service and we will definitely return to have more work done on our aging car.

I went to Mr. Tire for a wheel alignment, and they told me my tie rods were bad. I decided to get a second opinion at another shop, and they confirmed the tie rods were actually in good condition and did not need replacement. What’s worse is that Mr. Tire left the tie rods loose, which is a serious safety issue. I had to pay another shop to fix what they did wrong. I had a positive experience before but I recently brought another vehicle to get looked at. The facility did not call me to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, performed unauthorized repairs on the vehicle, charged my card but Nikki stated it would be a ‘hold’ charge until we sorted it out. I had to keep calling for updates. Nobody called. My card was charged for the full amount even though I have receipts and was discounted but wasn’t charged the amount we agreed on.
