Mr. Tire Autom Service Center in Durham on NC54 West was a very good experience for me. The people were very friendly and professional which was a pleasant surprise. The waiting area was very confortable and nCbefore I even got confortable in my seat I was told my vehicle was done and ready for me. This time was just a NC emission and safety check to get my tag stickers for 2026. I will be going back as needed. I highly recommend them for anyone needing their vehicle worked on. My son replace two tires at this location yesterday and they release the car to him with the lug nuts of one front tire completely loose. He was lucky in not get in a serious accident. I will give them a zero star if it’s possible.
