Don't bother making an appointment because it more than likely won't be honored. Always some excuse on why they can't meet your appointment.
Went to Apex location for inspection. Tech failed steering mechanism. Tech said power steering pump was leaking. Tech said idler arm had "play" in it and needed to be replaced. Mr. Tire gave me a $750.00 quote that included power steering pump replacement, idler arm replacement, and wheel alignment. I went to another mechanic to get repairs. Power steering pump was NOT leaking (it was an oil leak), idler arm did not need to be replaced (but I had to replace anyway because Mr. Tire failed it), and I did not need wheel alignme... read more
