We had one car with breaks that failed and another that had to be brought in via tow as it broke down. This happened within a 24 hour time reamS With both of our ONLY vehicles being out of commission, Mr. Tire got our cars fixed and back on the road within a 12 hour time span. I came in a few months back to get an inspection and figured it wasn’t a big deal because my car only had about 50k miles and was bought brand new and is well taken care of with regular maintenance. They tried to tell me all four tires were completely dry rotted and that it was completely out of alignment. I had to pay $30 for a failed inspection and decided to take it back to the dealership for an inspection because I didn’t believe them.
