The best tire place ever
Poor customer service in what can be described as an annoyed indifference by the front desk person. Bought 4 new tires and was told 3 or 4 days before they would come in from their warehouse. Over 2 weeks later I’m still waiting and every time I call to get an update they are impatient with me on the phone.
Customer Service was on point ! Even witnessing the care & concern they demonstrated to the Senior Customer ahead of me was impressive. My service was exactly what I needed, 1 new tire which matched my others. Thanks to the Crew at Mr. Tire in Ft. Washington, Md.
Not good
They were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I had a tire that had ran over a nail and they patched me up and sent me on my way. I’ll definitely be back should I have any tire issues in the future.
