I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers in Fort Washington! The manager, Lindsay Harris, was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. I had a terrible experience with the Fort Washington location between July 16 and July 18. My scheduled appointment was canceled without any notification, and communication was completely lacking. Worst of all, they claimed they performed a requested tire rotation, but it was never actually done. My photos clearly show that all four tires are in the exact same positions as when I dropped the vehicle off. Furthermore, the tires still have the exact same incorrect PSI readings.
