Used Groupon which included tire rotation. They told me tire was 4/32 so refused to rotate. Last year they also refused to rotate the tires. So I bought a tire gauge and I showed them it measured 6/32. The car passed inspection twice and I took it to two other shops to see if it needed tires. It didn't. The lady at Mr tire still tried to tell me their machine was different. They finally relented. So after 5 hours, I have to wait 30-40 min more.

My experience was frustrating and very complicated for no reason at all. I felt as if I was pulling teeth trying to get information and where I needed to be. My only questions were, “Would it be possible to purchase two tires”, “What would be the wait time to get them installed” and lastly “Is there any paper that I need to sign up front if I drop my vehicle off” The front desk attendant was not able to accurately provide the information along with referring me to their supervisor on each phone call.
