Awful....I had front suspension work done & after hitting highway found out that mechanic at Mr. Tire failed to tighten front control arm bolts.....my driver wheel was about to fall off....was leaning outwards....denied repair bills related to damage & wouldn't even honor free realignment after repairs were done elsewhere..... Only go to Mr. Tire in Springfield on Backlick Rd if you want incompetence.
