Called to possibly schedule an appointment - I spoke on the phone with a representative named Lika(sp?). She said "yeah sure we'll get you in today!" - right when she was transferring me to a store manager, she said that she would not be able to schedule me today. Talking to the manager to schedule an appointment for tomorrow, he told me the tire price which was $50 more than competitors per tire and I told him I'm sorry but i'm not interested and he slammed the phone down. The water pump on my Cummins diesel decided it was time to stop working in the middle of a trip and that is not something you can put off repairing till some more convenient time. I tried one shop before I ended up at Mr. Tire. They were scared to do it as it is a diesel. Ironically it’s one of the easiest water pumps to replace as it’s a simple cartridge style. I had state inspection, oil change, wiper replacement, and tire diagnostics all done The work was done very well. The service was very polite. All I all, an excellent experience.
