Michael is the manager here. I was honored to have him to receive me. He is very professional and enthusiastic. There is no pressure. He will not try to sell you more services that you don't need. You just need to tell him what you need and he will help you find the price and the right discount. Great car maintenance and amazing service
I have been to Mr. Tire in Merrifield twice now within the last two weeks, and both times I was met with sincere professionalism by Michael and Eric. They were quick to respond to my phone calls, got me in for appointments really quickly (offering same day services as well), and on this last visit I went in with a concern about my oil in my car.
