Eric greeted me warmly- I was staying at the Marriott nearby and had driven to 3 different gas stations (with air but either broken or no gauges) and landed here feeling desperate before my 4 hour drive. Mr Tire checked me out - said the reason was a bit of cold weather - and gave me the required amount to be on my way! That is service! Thanks Eric. Would not take payment.

I had a flat tire caused by the pressure sensor. Teddy, Mateo, and Eric found it while I waited on a busy Saturday and fixed it for no charge.

Exceptional customer service. I was getting an oil change nearby and I was notified my tire had a faulty valve and was leaking air. It was bad and needed immediate attention. I googled nearby tire shops and Mr. Tire was at the top of the list. The shop was busy but store manager, Eric, assured me he would do his best to repair my tire. Less than 15 minutes later, my tire was as good as new. It’s been a tough week and I was grateful for Eric’s kindness. He has gained a customer for life.

Fairfax store Was misinformed from My first contact though To the disappointing end.rested Desk employees were less than helpful..The young lady working there was particularly cold and uninterested . Never going back.
