The apathetic and disrespectful attitude of this location manager veered it's head 15 second after I entered the store. I had called this specific location 2 hours before for service appointment. I gave the car make and model year of my car and told cost and what to expect. When I arrived, everything changed. The price is double and the business sense disappeared. Needed new tires and Eric was very friendly and professional in helping me. Very quick service!
Man Mr.Eric was the best… Damn Hertz was playing with us, and making things difficult, however Mr Eric ensured us he was going to handle that and that he did… #Period… I will definitely be coming back to get any and all car concerns handled… We was in there forever but he definitely made it pleasant.
I had an issue with my brake lights and came in to have it checked out. Eric was very helpful and he got the issue fixed right away, it took him about 5 mins. They were professional and I would highly recommend this shop. They also provided honest information about procedures and costs, which was very much appreciated.
