I had a concern with one of my tires, so after my work training ended, I called the Mr. Tire location in Merrifield to explain the situation and ask whether I should make an appointment or just walk in. The representative I spoke with was incredibly patient and helpful. She answered all my questions and let me know they had a 3:30 PM appointment available—which she kindly reserved for me (just an hour out). This Mr. Tire has quick turnaround times with detail oriented mechanics and great pricing! Mike and Eric make a great team and do an amazing job taking care of my vehicles.
Went to replace tires (one had a sidewall leak). was quoted an initial price, then twice quoted differenthigher prices. I paid for stud replacement and told them to put on the spare. When the service was done elsewhere I discovered that Mr. tire had damaged another stud. I ended up paying for Mr. tires mistake. (edited for spelling 7/30/25)
