Scheduled an appointment for simple oil change and the complimentary tire rotation at 3:30pm on a Monday. Arrived just after 3:00 and went through the standard check in process. I elected to wait for the car to be serviced. Over an hour goes past and at 4:30pm they begin on my vehicle. I purchased a set of 4 tires last year and I am extremely disappointed about the whole experience. I wished that I would have gone somewhere else… or drive my car with 3 tires! To start, I absolutely got ripped off by how much I paid for it. $1700 for 4 tires is absurd. At the store, I found the same tires online for cheaper and brought that to the attention of the mechanic at the front desk to price match the tires. Ordered new performance tires through the store. They were delivered very quickly and were installed even faster. Would def. recommend.
Terrible customer service - long wait even with a scheduled appointment, didn’t have paperwork correct even after leaving it for 24 hours for an oil change/tire rotation.
