I noticed my tire was leaking air and I googled the closest place. Mr.Tire Auto Service popped up. I went in and was helped right away. Despite them being super busy. Josh took a look at my tire and fixed the issue less than 5 mins total. Theiska ,Ronaldo , and Josh were so kind. I really appreciated the help. Since I had to get back to work quickly. Great experience from start to finish. I noticed that my driver's side back left tire was losing air. On my way home from work, I stopped by this location to get the tire check. The team was courteous, friendly and explained what the options were after examining my tire. My rep shared with me that there was a 50% chance that the service would work due to where the nail was positioned in my tire. I told her I would take the risk. Told me to replace tire because of a leaking a three month old tire and quoted around $600, only had a nail with puncture took it to Sam’s club and stated didn’t need replacement, and had fixed the tire without cost. They were just trying to make money.
