If I could give zero stars, I would. Due to the negligence of the staff at Mr. Tire, I could have been left with a vehicle with both a damaged engine AND a damaged transmission. On August 12th, I brought my Subaru in for an oil change. Instead, this shop: Drained my CVT transmission fluid without authorization and allowed me to drive off the lot with no transmission fluid.
