This evening we were leaving the Southgate Plaza after 6 pm. Five minutes into our ride, we heard a loud noise and felt our back tire start thumping really bad. My guy got out to find a HUGE cylinder shaped object jammed in the tire. As luck would have it, Mr. Tire was 5 minutes away. It was past closing time, but the garage doors were still open. Manager Fred and technician Jesse were absolutely outstanding, knew exactly what tires I needed and kept me within my budget and gave prompt service. Had me on my way in 90 minutes!
