Came two and a half hours before closing to get two tires replaced. Tech drove my van into the bay and a few minutes later drove it out without changing anything and had to leave despite being reassured over the phone that it would be plenty of time to change them before they closed. Everyone in the waiting room had been waiting hours as well with another woman telling us she has been waiting over an hour just to get the paperwork to pick up her vehicle. ATTEMPTED MURDER!! I went to get an oil change and they said I needed rear pad/ rotors done. After one month I heard a horrible knocking noise in my rear tires. I took it back and they said everything was fine that it might be wheel hubs and nothing to do with what they did. I took it to another Mr.tire shop and they told me they "over tightened four lugs on right rear tire to the point that FOUR STUDS BROKE WHILE REMOVING LUGS"!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE GROSSLY INCOMPETENT! My review has definitely changed. They changed management and have seriously gone down. I came 2 hours before closing hours on a Friday night, to find the doors locked. A lady came to the door and said that no one was here to help me, she was just answering phones and gave me an appointment for noon the next day, for a screw in my tire. At 3PM the next day they still had not fixed my tire. I ended up having to sit for another 2 hours before my car was ready. Never again will they get my business.
