It was great a personal experience even with a short staff. The wait was bearable and the hospitality was excellent. The GM made sure she kept a check on me making sure I didn’t need anything during my wait. I am definitely satisfied with the service and my truck rides great. New tires, oil change with filter, and brakes my truck drives super smooth. I’m excited about doing more business with them in the near future.
Came in to do a state AND emission inspection. Lady first charged me for both, but upon reading the inspection, only a safety inspection was done. So I had to go back inside to ask for clarification. She had to charge me again for just a state inspection, but still wasn’t giving me a clear answer when I asked if my car needs both safety and emissions done. This was the sole reason I went here. This is regarding the Wilson, NC store on Airport Blvd. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection, oil change, alignment, and to have it evaluated because the check engine light was on. At the time, there were no noticeable performance or temperature issues. I was told that the vehicle needed a new thermostat and a coolant flush.
