They were quick and the prices were right however, lugs were not tightened and fell off while driving. Need to do a better job w/Quality control…that could have caused an accident and we trusted the work was done in it’s entirety which it wasn’t.
Came in with a flat on my trailer. Young kid at the front said they wouldn't do anything, I just needed them to take it off so I could keep going down the road. They had zero customers at the shop at the time. Young kids don't want to have to work. Just take a tire off, simple. Screw this place, have had trouble with this over priced chain of stores for years.
These guys are crooks! I got an appointment to have an oil change and a tire rotation. Granted the tires are worn and uneven but they're making it sound like it was life and death if I did not get new tires that day. I looked at them and there's certainly still some life in the tires they were not worn flat. But the part that was the worst is they said I needed new brakes and rotors and that the brakes are practically metal on metal. Great! Oil change and tire rotation were done in under an hour!
I initially purchased 4 Goodyear Tires for my SUV via the USAA website portal and was scheduled to install the Tires at Mr. Tire Auto Center #1214. Unfortunately, the Tires were unavailable on my appointment date. I later decided to purchase the Tires directly from Mr. Tire Auto Center #1214. On July 12, 2024, four (4) were installed and I paid a total of $918.29. Few days later, I drove the SUV on the freeway and noticed SUV started vibrating/shaking between 60-65 MPH.
