Tires, alignment. I received a call from Chad Loveless telling me I could come early. Once there I was told the requested tires were not in stock and also I would have to return the following day for my alignment. I asked why did he not tell me this when he called. No response was given. He stated that it was ok since the tires in stock were much quieter. These tires wound up being more expensive. Not the place to send your elderly relatives. They will get ripped off. They put the wrong sized tire on a 83 yo ladies car. Then proceeded to tell her, the other three tires were wrong; and this was the right size tire for the car. Only to find out, after I stepped in, that the service writer didn’t have the correct car on the paperwork. Nor did the tech check to see if he was working on the correct vehicle.
