It was terrible experience for me. Half year ago, one of my tire was broken, so I went to Mr. Tire to replace it. They also did tire balance and alignment for the car. Then I drove the car on highway to another city and noticed that the car was shaking when pressed the brake. 3 days later, I drove back town and parked my in the park lot. When I tried to drive to work, the tie rod pulled off the rack pinion, which means when I turn my steering wheel, the front wheel will not turn at all.
