I usually love getting my stuff done at this store, but my last visit was completely unacceptable. Right before a 2 hour drive, I noticed a knot on my tire and came in to have it replaced under warranty. I waited for about an hour, then paid and left, trusting the job was done correctly since I was in a hurry. When I arrived at my destination, I checked the tire only to find they had replaced the wrong one. Our yearly visit to our grandparents in Charleston from Chicago left us with a flat 2 minutes from their house. After scheduling an appointment with another place 4 days in advance, an abrupt cancelation the day of left us a bit helpless. Brett from Mr.Tire got us scheduled and assisted faster than we thought could happen. Happy to say, we will be heading back home secure on all 4 wheels tomorrow morning. We highly recommend this business!
