We were traveling from Ohio to Virginia and our tire light went on, we lost 12 pounds of pressure from Canton to Charleston. Ellen and the tech were very helpful, but didn’t find any leaks. Ellen suggested remounting the tire, cleaning the rim and resealing. We drove another 700 miles on the tire with no issues. Simple fix, and only cost us $11. Thank you Ellen and team for keeping us safe and getting us back on the road AND for not taking advantage of us by trying to sell us tires that we didn’t need.

I had gotten a nail in my tire and needed quick assistance. The staff was so gracious and fit me in their busy schedule to patch my tire. As a mom who had kids in two different places their help was so appreciated! I highly recommend.
